Processing Time
Orders are prepared for dispatch according to the current production batch. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or remote locations. Priority orders are prioritised in the fulfilment queue.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Split Shipments
Custom sets and multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels with individual tracking numbers. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation email. This is normal and does not indicate a fulfilment error.
Failed Delivery & Reshipment
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or an unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply to cover the cost of re-sending your order. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information on potential charges.
